Prepare materials

You need to prepare all the ingredients including:

  • A spoonful of brown sugar

  • 1 chicken egg

  • 130ml fresh milk

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

How to make super easy microwave pudding

Step 1: Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and ½ teaspoon of water into a porcelain cup (safe for microwaves). Put the cup in the microwave on the 600W setting until the sugar melts and turns slightly brown (smoke). Usually, this process takes about 1 minute.
